Compliments: little sparks that make people feel seen

01:00

Compliments are weird, right? Like, they seem simple. Hey, cool shoes. But somehow, they carry so much more than just words. A good one can stick with you all day, like a song you actually want stuck in your head.

And giving them? That's an underrated superpower. It costs nothing, takes two seconds, and can completely flip someone's vibe. But it's not just about tossing out random praise. The best compliments are the ones where you actually mean it. Something real. Something personal. You're genuinely great at that. Or the way you handled that situation was impressive. Stuff like that hits a little deeper than nice haircut.

So yeah, more of that. More genuine words. More little sparks that make people feel seen. It's not cheesy. It's human. And honestly, we could all use a little bit more of that.
