Staying healthy and keeping a good mindset go hand in hand.

When I move my body, eat something real, and get some rest, I just feel better.

And when my head's in a good place, everything else follows.

Even small habits like stepping outside, drinking enough water, or taking a breath before reacting can make a difference.

It's not about being perfect, just steady.
